Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders

You can view the orders you have placed and their current status by visiting our website and clicking on your account then Tap ' My Orders'.

If for any reason we are unable to complete your order This may be because the product is out of order.

Products delivery
Please sign up for delivery, shipping fees and timings vary depending on the delivery address.

Loading shipments delegates shipping companies only after accepting and paying for it.

We will make every effort to deliver the products to your address on the delivery date specified in the delivery information.

If no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, the shipping company will contact you to arrange another time for delivery.

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed due to shipping stresses.



You have the right, within 14 days from the date of receipt, to request a return or exchange for any product that is not defective and in the original condition. If a manufacturing defect is found in the product, please inform the customer service immediately (within a maximum of two days). Within 14 days and then after the order arrives at the company premises, the return process is produced and the amount transferred.

Note: It is not valid to submit a return or exchange request for products that fall under 40% discounts and above, except in the case of shoes, only the size is replaced.

Note: Hair Scrunchie and face mask are not refundable or exchangeable



Please note that there is a difference of one or two degrees in colors due to the different types of devices and mobile phones and their brightness and colors, and this is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Products should not be compared to our professional photography with commercial mobile photography



In the case of a replacement request, the shipping representative will receive the sales again. If there is an amount owed to the customer.

Please note that exchange is only done once
