If for any reason we are unable to complete your order This may be because the product is out of order.

Products delivery
Please sign up for delivery, shipping fees and timings vary depending on the delivery address.

Loading shipments delegates shipping companies only after accepting and paying for it.

We will make every effort to deliver the products to your address on the delivery date specified in the delivery information.

If no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, the shipping company will contact you to arrange another time for delivery.

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed due to shipping stresses.

You have the right, within 14 days from the date of receipt, to request a return or exchange for any product that is not defective and in the original condition. If a manufacturing defect is found in the product, please inform the customer service immediately (within a maximum of two days).
