• In the case of return and the method of payment, the payment was upon receipt. The customer has the right to recover the amount in cash within a maximum period of 14 days.
• If the customer wants to return the product due to changing his mind / disliking the product / there is no technical reason, in this case, the customer will pay the fees for receiving the reference product
• Please note that postal transfers will only be available for a period of 60 days, according to the terms of the new post office
• In the event that the customer uses the (Print Your Design) service through his personal account, CANVAEGYPT undertakes to protect the digital and physical intellectual property of the designs and not to use, distribute, re-publish or make use of it in any way except after obtaining written permission from the designer.

Temporary offers

• They are offers that last for a short period of time, are characterized by a large discounts, and their quantity is limited.
• These discounts may only be applied to one product (unless otherwise stated).
• Each of the temporary displays is subject to two rules of time. The first rule is to display these discounts only during the special offer time, as the product must be placed in the shopping cart before the specified time expires. As for the second rule, it applies after placing the product in the shopping cart, where requests must be completed before the offer time expires.
